Yes, it is not a good diamond. For example, the depth and thick girdle make it appear like a .90 diamond (in diameter), so you'd be far better off finding a well cut .90.

Start with GIA Excellent cut only. It is a broad range and there are many we wouldn't recommend even within that range.

These are measurements to help you stay in ideal cut territory with a GIA excellent cut stone.

crown angle: 34-35.0

pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9 (sometimes 41.0)
