Is this 57.5% table and 80% LGF an issue for fire?

One local vendor gave me some info on a diamond they have available. The price is really right....which is why I’m seriously considering it. I’d get a .25 ct more for my money.

The specs looked good aside from two things: the 57.5% table (I’ve been focused on small tables to increase fire) and the 80% LGF (I had been looking closer to 75%).

ASET ordered.

What do you experts think of this? Will this result in a less firey stone?

Table: 57.5
Crown: 15%- 34.7
Pavilion: 43% - 40.7
Girdle- Medium
LGF: 80
Depth: 61.2

It looks a bit hazy to me in the picture. Are there "clouds not shown"? Or internal graining?

Hi lovedogs! Thanks for the reply. No clouds or internal graining noted. Just some pinpoints listed. I was thinking maybe just a bad camera photo? Not sure.

That is likely the case. Just wanted to check. The proportions seem solid, and ASET will help you make sure there is no light leakage or other issues

Thanks Lovedogs! You don’t think the slightly larger table and 80% LGF will noticeably impact fire?

LGF affects the arrow patterns. Longer LGF gives you thinner arrows. In terms of fire, longer LGF typically gives you more but thinner flashes, while shorter LGF will produce less but bolder flashes of light. I think the stone is closer to 78% LGF. Here's a arrow pic of a 80% LGF.

Thanks Lovedogs and Littlekite! The LGF link definitely helped ease that concern...thanks! Does the 57.5 table create a less firey stone? I’ve heard several experts here recommend sticking with a table 57 or under...so I’m a bit concerned about 57.5 and what the repercussions might be. But like I mentioned, this stone is about a half of a carat bigger than my previous favorite (which had great angles, 55 table and 75 LGF) for only $1000 more.
