They are, but they ship internationally, I believe

(I think BGD are the only ones who don't, or at least don't take UK credit cards.)

Another vote for @Rhino at August Vintage, Inc.! I’m working with him on a Moissanite ring right now and he’s doing a great job with my project. Also, he is just lovely and so easy to work with! Can’t recommend him enough!
