Is there a Girdle value scale?

Does anyone know where I can find a ranked "Range" scale for the Girdle Thickness descriptors?

Ie. does the range run from:

Extremely Thick
Very Thick
Thick
Slightly Thick
Thin
Slightly Thin
Very Thin
Extremely Thin

Do I have them in the right order? Did I leave anything out?

Try the website of Adamasgem (of Martin Haske). There should be an article about how reliable those brackets are... and the numbers are inlcuded.
