Is there a difference between a good cut "I" clor and "J" color round diamond that is observable to the naked eye? Just wondering. Thanks!

depends on several factors

1. grading lab
2. your perception of color
3. cut quality
4. size of diamond
5. shape of diamond
6. where on the scale the 'i' or 'j' color is. (the ranges get larger as you go down the scale)
7. lighting conditions
8. presence of fluorescence
9 setting

not necessarily in that order or limited to those factors alone

Belle, thanks for the info. However, please note that I am referring back to that 3.09 round diamond, excellent cut, polish, and symetry, with no florescence. Thanks
