Is thefacetscollection.com reputable?

Hi,

I was looking at this company (and eternity ring): http://www.thefacetscollection.com/product-p/f2600s.htm

and was wondering if this company "The Facets Collections" was the same one that is mentioned on a bunch of threads as "Signed Pieces/Facets"?

Is this Company reputable and frequented by PSers?

Do a search on here. Many have used them. But not recently. They were very popular a few years ago.

You might ask if there was a change in ownership or anything in the last few years.

Gypsy I don't remember if they used to do this years ago but now they have the whole retail price and then their pricing listed per item. The retail pricing is worst then Dover's inflated price. I meant 12k for a 1.5ctw eternity and so on. It really turns me off.

I bought a pink sapphire eternity ring from Facets four years ago. If you search "Peanut Butter" on this site my thread will come up first, with the picture (the eternity is the "jelly" or "jam," if you will. Apparently the Brits call "Jello" "jelly" and I inadvertently grossed some folks out!

There was a change in ownership a while back but IIRC the original staff stayed on. I bought from them a couple years ago after that turnover and didn't have any issues.

I have an eternity from facets. Great place. No issues with quality or service.
