Is the color stable after a long period of wear and use? Does not change color?

Lab diamonds dont change color bc they arent treated stones. There is nothing to change bc they are grown in a lab and graded as they are. So it's different than stones with treatments

This right here. A diamond with no color altering post-growth treatment will never change color, regardless if it was grown in the Earth or grown in a lab/factory.

Some lab grown diamonds may be imbued with subtle color, depending on the growth method utilized. These subtle colors usually start becoming visually evident in the near colorless ranges of G-H. I postulate that some owners of near colorless LGD's probably start noticing the very subtle inherent color after a couple/few weeks of ownership when they start getting to know the personality of their diamond.
