I have been trying to get in contact with him to have a look at two diamonds that I'm looking at. They are rather large purchases (about $30k) and I am overseas so could really use some assistance from someone like Richard!

I think he decided that Pricescope was too time consuming and that he needed to concentrate his energies elsewhere. I'm pretty sure he's still happy to see new clients and you can reach him directly through his website.

Haha - I can understand why PS is too time-consuming! Have sent him a couple of emails and left two voicemails without much success. Problem is that with the timing difference, I wake up exactly as he goes off work and I go to sleep just as he drives to the office
