Is it really only a VG cut?

I wonder why HRD graded this stone's cut only VG. Is it b/c of slightly bigger total depth or maybe crown and pavilion facets have not-so-ideal lenghts? Any ideas? HRD is considered, at least in Europe, as a very strict laboratory. There are no additional IS photos I could provide.

It's the girdle - overall proportions grade is no higher than the lowest grade assigned for any category, 4.5% girdle is over the 4% EX limit

The depth and thick girdle are making that stone face up more like a .75 ct. A .80 should be more like 6mm. I wouldn't buy it for that reason.
