If a woman asked me is my diamond real, then I'll ask her are your boobs real?...
"In argumentation theory, an argumentum ad populum (Latin for "argument to the people") is a fallacious argument that concludes that a proposition must be true because many or most people believe it, often concisely encapsulated as: "If many believe so, it is so.""
I have been asked the ‘are they real?’ Questions, directed at my jewellery or even my body (I am petite but have unusually large... assets).
You might have fun with it, the next time it happens. When someone asks if it’s real, glance at it, and back at them wide-eyed.
“Well it’s not imaginary.”
I've used this line in the past.....LOL
