Ok I know nothing about rings... I was wondering can you have a ring with pink sapphire side stones and if so where?

You might try contacting the James Breski Co. in Chicago, and ask them for the retailer near you that carries their line. They have rings with pink sapphires as side accent stones, in particular triangular pink sapphires.
