Is it likely I could read a GIA inscription with this 20x Loupe?

I'd like to be able to read a GIA inscription. I have an old 10x triplet loupe and I can almost but not quite make it out. With much effort (rotating the stone, changing the light, changing the angle, etc.) I can see the inscription and make out a little of it, but I just can't really read the number. And I feel like I may go blind trying any harder!

I'm considering purchasing this 20x loupe but would love some input from some of you with more knowledge. Is it likely that I'd be able to read the entire number with this loupe?

Yes probably. Its not 20x but its closer to it than many.

The biggest problem with anything over 10x actual is everything has to be lined up just so in a very narrow range for it to work.
