2 questions:
I was at a store today that takes great pride in carring only "hand cut" diamond- ie not machine cut. They said that the hand cut stones have more life becuase the cutter has a relationship with them and works with the stone to bring out its best qualities. They said that many, if not most stones today are machine cut.
What's the deal, is one really better?they showed me a beautiful GIA cert 1.51 ct princess

What a load of rot!!
:twirl:

The only way I can buy fancies is to look at them with an Ideal-Scope But then I am biased because I make a $5 profit each time anyone buys one.
Maybe it is worth $200 though, to be sure thaat you are buying a nicely cut diamond.
