Is Bob's Watches a legit website to buy diamonds from?

I know they are known for watches, but apparently, they've started selling GIA Diamonds as well. I'm a bit skeptical about the prices because they look great compared to BlueNile and other websites. They are less expensive b/c most of their diamonds are not top cuts....
