Nope, no new stones while the sale is on.
As far as I know, Pregcurious, it's on all month.

August has been ACS's sale month for as long as I've been around, and likely much longer. Even when Barbara owned it. Yes it's all month.

No new stone drops and Barry takes the month off from cutting for the most part. This may or may not have something to do with how hot Yuma is in August.
