Wedding Is anyone wearing a reception dress or a second dress?

My wedding reception is going to end at 10pm and we are having an after party. I really want to still look like the bride at the afterparty since its the only day I''ll get to be one but I don''t love the idea of wearing my awesome gown to a bar. I''m wondering if anyone else has had or will have two dresses? I''d really like a short dress to wear afterwards but I''m really having trouble finding one. I also keep rationalizing that its not necessary. Please help me decide if this is a good idea or not. Also if you think its a good idea please post pics of shorter dresses. I''d love to find one for less than $800. I know that seems like a crazy amount so if i can find one for less maybe it would seem like a better idea. I just really don''t know. I keep going back and forth. Oh, and just to clarify, there is no way I''m changing in to regular clothes. Our guests will either be going to the next place with us or back to the hotel not the other way around. Thanks ladies!!

Hi EM1,

our reception finishes at 11pm and we're thinking of having an after-party at one of the local clubs afterward. I'm definitely not wearing my wedding gown there!

I'm thinking of just getting a white dress from a place like BCBG I don't know how dressy you want to be but they have a range from casual to cocktail to formal.

I can't remember your wedding location so I don't know if this dress is appropriate but it's one I've been considering for my Mexican after-party!
