WTB Is anyone selling a size 3 diamond eternity band?

This is my last-ditch effort to find something before I have my eternity ring remade.

I'm looking for a size-3 diamond eternity, preferably bead-set in platinum or white gold (but open to rose/yellow)

I remember seeing this size 46 Cartier eternity at TheRealReal and it seemed close enough to what you want that I figured it was worth linking. They say it's a size 3.25 but conversion seems to say more like 3.5-3.75. Hopefully you have a better idea!
