Is anyone having trouble corresponding with AJSGems?

Wondering if anyone is experiencing difficulties getting in touch with ajsgems.com via email and their ''contact us'' web enquiry online? I''ve sent them 1 enquiry and emailed them twice over the last week but haven''t heard from them. Usually they''re very quick to respond so wondering if their website/email server is down at the moment. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I had no problems corresponding with them via email but that was about 2 weeks ago. No idea if they have server problems lately.
