Who provides this service that I can send my diamond to? Approx price?

You can do an appraiser search on PS and see who comes up in your area. Call or check website if they do IS and ASET imaging. I recently brought a diamond to an appraiser who had an ASET and we assessed the light performance with it while I was there. I didn't need photos so that was not done.

Can also do an appraiser search on Google as well.
