Is a wedding band necessary?

Totally concur, it''s anything goes!!! Just wondering if you will have a wedding officient who says to repeat "With this ring I thee wed," if so will you use you er? Just curious.

its your choice, However when I wear my solitaire diamond, I also wear a thin wedding band along with it (I never wear my solitaire without the wedding band) but on the days I only wear one ring - it is just my wedding band.

It is your choice, whether you like it with a band or without. Trying out in the shops will perhaps help you to decide. Initially, I thought it is fine to have my solitaire e-ring without a wedding band. However, people who don''t know me well will ask when am I getting married! Many times....
