Is a diamond band with .15 ctw diamonds really tiny?

I saw a bezel set diamond band online but it was .15ct diamond total weight, with 5 diamonds.
How small are the diamonds in real life doyou think?

That's 0.03 each stone or about the size of a pin head.

Yes, each stone will be 3 points. I have a band with 3 point stones, - here's a pic of it with an 8 mm stone ( size 4.25) If the stones are bezeled, they'll probably look a bit bigger.
