Internet vendors - cut grade!?

Help.

Looking at diamond on pricescope search. Abazias,Union Diamond, Mondera, and James Allen all list the same diamond. One grades it as fair, three others grade it as very good. Any ideas why this would be?

I doubt any of them have seen the stone.
They are using scant insufficient data with rules of thumb that are even more useless.

I would recomend you use the inhouse or cut quality search above where the stones are known and usually owned by the vendor.
They use those rules of thumb to call in stones - they buy the nice ones and send the rest back to be sold like that.......
