Not sure if anyone is familiar with John Miller, but he has a lot of stones listed on eBay right now. He is a US cutter who sells under gemcutter_john. His pictures range from crappy to OK. And his descriptions are sparse. Having purchased several of his stones, I can say that they almost always look much better in real life. I can also say that his cutting is uniformly very good. A word of warning though, his color descriptions aren't the most accurate. However the prices he is listing the stones for are very reasonable. And there is a return policy.
