Any suggestions? I have a one carat center stone and had my setting reset a few years ago. I reused my stones from my original band for my wedding band and love the band for sentimental value but I do not think the stones compliment my ring. The ER setting is sparkly and has brilliant cut stones and the band stones are dull. What type of bands do you suggest? I also wanted a big eternity band (maybe .10-.15 pointers each) but I do not have the budget for that now.

I wouldn’t replace it, but rather stack another band with it to commemorate a special occasion (ie: Anniversary, birth of a child, special holiday significant to both of you, or even his birthstone with diamonds, if his bday falls in a month other than April...lol!).
As for your full Eternity, depending on your ring size, you could prob get away with 20-25 pointers and keep Budget more reasonable, since you likely won’t need as many diamonds, if your ring size is between 4-6. ;)2

I wish I had a smaller ring size...7.5 on a good day! Maybe I should look into pricing it. DH is April - lol. DD is pink sapphire and so is mine. But, other DD is citrine and I do not like that color.

Would you suggest to stack it with baguettes or diamonds set in a different shape? Or, the same as the ER band? I had another band that I did stack it with but it looked almost identical to the wedding band and was too matchy.

I am partial to switching it up! My set matches, but it’s not like anyone else’s I’ve ever seen!!
Perhaps you can go with the oval/marquise alternating with rounds Band? Delicate, still curved, and smoothe, with a bit of a switch...yet it still compliments your set. I think if you can stack a ring between your ER & WR, you won’t notice the difference between them as much, and the WR may regain some of its luster!

That is beautiful. It is also ironic since I am working with Melissa @ HPD and selected that same style from Beverly G in RG w white and pink sapphires to layer w a RG Love Tiffany ring.

Blue Nile has had stackers on sale for great prices off/on the last few weeks. The rose gold pink sapphire ring is gorgeous as is the blue dot sapphire.

Thanks! I am going to check out BN. I am really getting into stacking rings right now.
