Interchangeable/mechanical/convertible engagement rings

Hi,
I have not visited here in a very long time. I am looking for interesting engagement ring settings that have interchangeable and/or convertible aspects to them.
Can anyone show me some and who made them?

Just like I love color change gemstones and changing the look of ring sets with different bands, I have seen a number of custom settings over the years where the ring settings can act as jackets or they can actually open with a hinge to alter the look. There are some amazing custom jewelers out there.

I helped start this site in the beginning but I have been away for a long time. I am enjoying looking at all the eye candy again!

A few other examples on Ebay, seems to be that the pear shape is the most convertible.

Thanks for those. It is cool that they can be a ring or a pendant.
I saw one once that had a bezel and diamond encrusted shank and then another outer mounting that could be added around the main mounting.
It was also a pear shape now that I think about it, but I don't see why that couldn't be an option for a round stone.
