insuring with chubb or JM

JM is pretty straight forward. However there was a thread with a guy who sells chubb who is licensed in all states and knows that you dont need to movie your house, boat, car, train, dog, second cousins kin to them to insure just a ring...but i cant find the thread or person...any help would be great

the guy''s name is bill castro. I called him for a quote and he left me a message on my machine saying to e-mail him. I e-mailed him 3 times over a 3 week period. Never got a response back....and it definitely wasn''t spam filtered (like other vendors claim) as one of the times I used his company''s website to send him the details.
