Hello,

I'm in a predicament, as I'm going to be travelling for 5/6 weeks and then moving to a new country.

I can't seem to find travel insurance that will cover to the value I need (approx $65k) and I can't leave my jewellery in my current country, as I am moving to a new country after the holiday.

Any expats have an insurer that they can recommend?

It might be helpful to reveal what county you are in and moving to and if you want insurance while you are in your present country or the new country or both, and if you expect one company will cover you in both countries or if you want insurance company referrals for both countries.

If one of the countries is USA Jeweler's Mutual is often recommended on PS.
I have no idea if they have a 6-week policy, cover you while you travel, or if they also insure people who live in other countries.

Call them.
