Inherited bracelet, need info

I was given a bracelet that belonged to my mom. Recently, a stranger told me it was a "J Bell" bracelet. I'm not sure of the spelling but it has diamond links they can be added. It's about 40 years old. Can anyone help identify it? Or give me the correct spelling?
