Well, you’ve only shown us one of them. It might help if we could see a few more, and especially if we could see the backs.
But - are most of these “things” singles, or are some in pairs?
My best guess is that there’s a clip or something missing from the straight bar across the top, and that we’re looking at a vintage shoe, sweater, or dress clip, or a clip that might have been used with a stole. Another possibility is that this was some sort of decorative fob that would have been attacked to the end of a ribbon or a piece of leather, maybe for use as a tie belt, or even a useful item like a bookmark or bell cord? But that’s a flat-out guess. I’m hoping somebody else will chime in.
