I thought it would be interesting to show our inclusions. Here''s my SI1. The inclusions I can find are circled in red. There are 2 feathers and one carbon. I didn''t find the carbon for several months after I got the diamond, and I only found it because my husband has a 30x loupe.
here's my defining inclusion which is supposedly VS2 but no one can find with 10x only 20x and my appraiser and another GIA grader both said it should have been VS1 but it probably also shoulda been a high K and not a low J so I seriously think someone made a trade off there when they graded it LOL I *think* that is next to my culet and it is just so tiny. Oh and this is a "cloud"... there are 2 or 3 *tiny* feathers as well but again I've only seen them with 20x.
Here is a second photo and I could not find the carbon, but found a third feather. Interesting that in the more magnified photo the third feather was not visible.
I used to be a total clarity snob, but SI1's are pretty amazing.

Wow Lumpking, those pics are great. It''s amazing what you can see with the loupes. As long as you can''t see it with the naked eyes, right?
Thank you! I''ve been practicing and trying to really learn my camera.
But anyway, exactly, about what you don''t see with the naked eye. I really hope some PSers with I1''s, SI3/2/1''s will pop in and show some examples of those inclusions. It may help some folks trying to decide on their clarity limits.
