I've seen cases were the copy of inclusion plots, at GIA and AGSL seem to have more detail than the copies of the reports that appear on the vendor websites. I don't think that this is on purpose. Possibly, it could be due to the level of compression that occurs, when creating jpgs for example, which can cause a loss of information.
