Inclusion location important????

Looking for a little advice. Does the clarity rating always adequately take into account the location of the flaw(say center of table vs. near girdle). I am wondering if AGS says that something is a VS1, it is very comparable to ALL other VS1's, regardless of inclusion location. Are all VS1's basically equal if all other factors are constant???????

They take aall these things into account

A VS1 sized inclusion under the table would be a VVS2 near the girdle.

You will not beat the system.
