Hi all,
Last fall, I posted about how pleased I was with my new cushion e-ring from Mark Turnowski (in this thread).
Well, as the wedding approached, we were in need of a matching wedding band. Of course I went back to Mark.
He gave us a great price for what I wanted, plus arranged my fiance''s ring through another vendor for us (very helpful). Of course he had our rings ready by the time we needed them. However, due to some communication mishaps (possibly caused by working by phone and email, not in person, lol), my ring was not quite what I envisioned. However, Mark''s service was excellent! He gave us options and was great about the whole thing. He really went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Since there wasn''t time to correct the ring before the ceremony, he even offered to lend it to us so we at least had something to use. I rarely encounter such great service! (See earlier rant messages against Birks jewelry store here in Montreal.)
Anyways, long story short, Mark was great, spent time with us even though he was super busy and our current order was not worth much compared to our previous e-ring purchase. I would gladly refer anyone to him, and would certainly do business again. (Hmmm, can anyone say "upgrade" or "anniversary gift"?)
