I've only been to two weddings around 40 years ago, but I strongly dislike going to weddings, for a million reasons I won't bother listing.
After that thread about how we're now expected buy an admission ticket 'per plate' to pay for the wedding couple spending beyond their means I am certain I'll never attend another.
I am astonished that this is just accepted by so many now.
BTW, I know of several gay people who boycott attending weddings till we have equality.
I guess I can use that excuse ... for a few years at least.
I'm very surprised 20% here don't like going to weddings.
I thought it would be a much smaller percentage.
