Imperial Topaz...need help

Hiya,

I am thinking of getting a larger topaz to have set into a bracelet or made into a pendant for my GF for her birthday next year.

I have found this stone which looks pretty good to my untrained eye:

They have a 20 day return policy but are based out of Thailand...anyone have any experience with this company or thoughts on the stone I''m looking at?
