I am interested in a diamond in JA, before requesting an IS image the diamond was not classified as "True Heart" diamond.
Here is the IS image:

After receiving the IS image, this diamond was updated as a "True Heart" diamond. JA displays the H&A images for their "True Heart" diamonds.
And this is the arrow image from the website:

Any thoughts?
It looks perfect on IS image. But from the arrow image, it shows some light leakage, right?

Both are ideal-scope images. The backlighting is a bit brighter in the second image. Also, for the record, H&A images don't reveal leakage. They're useful for getting an idea of optical cut precision.

Looks like once JA brought the stone into their NYC offices that they decided to make it an in-house stone.

IS image is good. Saturation of reds is solid throughout. But if this is a "True Heart", it's not one of great better ones in their collection. The tips of some of the arrow shafts do not look as precise as others I've seen from other super ideal vendors.

Thanks John and bmfang.
The price wasn't readjusted after the change. So I think all the factors were priced in before the stone reached JA office. I thought I could find some near "true heart" stones with a discount, but I am wrong.

Do you have the hearts image?
