I'm new! How did I do?!

Hey guys! I'm new the pricescope and this is my first post ever! I have been into the Diamond world for about 4 years now and have just come across this site! I have done most of my education through friends and GIA classes. Anyway, I have the bug, and I really enjoy talking about and learning more about Diamonds.

I recently got engaged and went about the Diamond and ring search. I opted for a custom setting with a Oval cut 1.00 F SI1 VGVGVG diamond. I know you all love the eye candy, so here it is. What do you think? How did I do?

It was done by a friend of mine that owns an online business selling wedding bands. He does custom rings on request out of his small shop, but oh boy can he ever make a wonderful custom ring. I have seen 5 settings he has created and they are all stunning. This was a difficult piece, but he was able to pull it off and it is very beautiful!
