It''s hand made, scott kay inspired. The center stone is a 1.52 round ideal cut E SI2, the two side sones are .2 round G VS1 and then the 32 little teeny tiny ones on the split shank are also G VS1.
The proposal was so amazing........ It was his birthday on Thursday and on Friday I took him on a dinner cruise off of Navy Pier in Chicago. He was going to propse there (I had a suprise for him, he wanted a suprise for me) but I was sick and almost called the whole thing off but toughed it out because it WAS his birthdat gift afterall. But my mom advised him not to do it then since I wasn''t myself. Well Sunday was the family party held at his house. His parents and family and my parents and all his friends were there. During the cake part everyone gathered around and sang happy birthday and he blew out his candles, then he began to cut the cake, I offered to help him and everyone said no no its a tradition he has to cut his entire cake by himself, so everyone got a slice and I got mine last. I never even realized that all eyes were on me... I was eating and eating and all of a sudden I say something "silver" in a plastic baggy. I looked up and the room got dead silent all eyes, cameras, a video camera, cell phones were on me and I nearly dropped my plate. Then he got down on one knee and said "I''ve loved you since to moment I layed eyes on you in school, will you be my wife" Then I began to cry uncontrollably and I''ve pretty much been dazed and confused ever since.
Thank you fellow PSers, you''ve made the (almost) 2 year wait so much easier on me by sharing all of you sparklies and stories!
