Well... yes. But this does not mean I can see what is infront of you.
Anything can be sent to IGI, wraped in plastic and photographed - the good, the bad and the ugly. Regardless whether the cost of certification is higher than the subject - it happens. The packaging looks particularly 'bullet proof' and it is unpleasant if you cannot take the gem out for inspection before the sale becomes final (during the return period that is).
This is about what I keep in mind about this particular commercial presentation. As you can see, I am not a fan.
There is not one word about the content of the wrap here, of corse.
