My daughter's bf saw a $10 bill on the restroom floor inside a restaurant. He didn't pick it up b/c he said it was probably dirty, then he came out and told a waitress that there was a $10 bill on the floor. she went inside and pick it up.

When I was a child, I used to check pay phones for change. The airport ones always had coins, foreign travelers don't know those things return your money.

I would have a problem with this if he was my BF
I’d pickup nickel or more, not pennies now since my son picks those to check for “rare” ones...

I would pick it up if I ever see one. All I have ever found was a broken bracelet, broken watch, and a diamond ring. I was SUPER happy to have returned the diamond ring to the owner. I put a note on the truck that I found it by and an hour later she called and gave me the exact description and she gave me a hug too when she picked it up. Woot Woot. #GoodDeedsBringGoodRewards

The bracelet happened to be made of "V" the letter, links, so I had earrings made of it. Found it in a field so no way of finding the owner. I guess it was meant for me!

Recently, I saw a quarter under the gum ball machines in the foyer of a supermarket.
I picked it up and popped it into the machine that held fake plastic gems in the little bubble containers. I think it was a good buy
