I don’t think it’s unreasonable for parents or anyone for that matter to question a brand new vaccine. Especially because the vaccine manufacturers have zero liability. ZERO liability for an injectable product. Does that not seem wrong to anyone?

But on the other hand if drug companies were to be held liable then they will not invest in R&D for new drugs.

In 2019 Johnson and Johnson was ordered to pay 465 million to the state of Oklahoma for their role in the opioid crisis. They supplied 60% of the opiate ingredients that drug companies use for addictive painkillers like oxycodone. They also denied their product was addictive and heavily promoted it to increase sales.

Despite that they decided to jump on the Covid vaccine bandwagon. So they seem to be doing just fine.

Obviously, it's a relatively new illness with newly approved vaccines. But we are also past the stage where we'd need to ask our questions into thin air:

That's only considering part of the equation though. For the safest decision, you'd want to weigh the fact that results are still limited against the outcomes of the pregnant women who contracted Covid-19 due to not being vaccinated.

I'm not a medical expert but if it was me or one of my loved ones, I'd carefully study all the solid research I could find, then discuss any questions I still had after that with my physician, along with my personal specifics, which might include ability to stay isolated, underlying conditions, and so on.
