Hi!

I was just trying to get an idea if the price is right:
$4500 for 1.09 carat round, color E, clarity vvs 2, and excellent cut with no fluorescence.

Hello and welcome to PriceScope, nishu92!

Short answer: no!

That's a $1500-2000 diamond, all day long from just about anywhere else.

$4500 puts you in 2+ carat D-E VS1+ territory:

As others have said, you are being quoted a too-high-price.

Here's a VVS1, D color 1.128 carat from Brian Gavin that is in that $1,800 range that DejaWiz referenced.

Way too high. Look in to the options others have posted. ]

Good on you for checking, I hate seeing people get ripped off. =/

Got a 2.82 for $2100. Look at Ritani.
