I am a first time poster in colored stone forum and I am interested to hear your thoughts and opinions!!

Like the title says, if money is no objection, which kind of gemstone would you buy right now?

Alexandrite - the biggest I could find that had phenomenal colour change and clarity (preferably Russian - I can dream!)

Natural 2ct pink oval diamond - mmmmmmmmm!

Natural 2ct light blue diamond - any shape apart from trillion

Natural 2ct green diamond - pure light green, no secondaries (dreaming again)

3ct chameleon diamond - any shape but marquise (I've got the bug for these now)!

Brazilian Paraiba (from the original mine) - I'd have to fight TL for this one I think! Mine would have to be a Windex blue (I'm fussy).

Sapphire (blue) - there's one on Richard Wise's website that has my name on it. I need to win the lottery first!

I bright vivid green 2ct diamond would be lovely, I''m not sure that exists though.

A really lovely blue Sapphire not dark at all.

A spinel in each of the colors it comes in. Yeah quite a little collection.
