Yes you can but just know that 1ctw stud mean each diamond is 0.5 carat.

Hello and welcome!

As mentioned a few people have done that successfully but what you want us the 1 carat round necklace (make sure its not pierced!) and then have it set into whatever setting you choose locally,

There are a few thread in the MMD section that will help, also one other PS'er looked into it and found a 1 carat diamond with an online vendor for approx same cost so looking at the likes of James Allen etc will give you an idea if this is possible.
