Identify this diamond & rugy ring?

I bought this 14ct gold ring with rubies and diamonds. It was an estate sale, but I'm not sure if it classifies as a eternity ring or...?

Hi Wolfrott, an eternity ring is one where the stones go all the way around the ring so I wouldn't classify this as an eternity ring. There are half eternity rings where the stones go halfway around the band ands 3/4 eternity rings but full eternity rings are where the stones rubies, diamonds etc) go all the way around making it impossible to size the ring as well. Pretty ring!
