Hi everyone,

I would like your opinions on these two diamonds. I am having a difficult time grading them based on their idealscopes. Both have excellent cut, polish, and symmetry. Diamond 1 has a more optimal arrow symmetry, has less black triangles (not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing), and appears to have more pink and white. Diamond 2 has less perfect arrows, more black triangles, but a more saturated and consistent pink pattern and less white leakage. Which would you pick? Thanks so much for everyone's experienced advice!

No question. Diamond 1.

Thanks everyone! It was a tough decision because not many places that I've read share too much insight about the significance of these black spots other than that it adds to the contrast.

It's rather amazing for diamond 2 to not have much light leakage on the periphery of the table, but I suppose too much contrast in this situation is a bad thing.

I will keep everyone updated with diamond pictures when I finally get the ring! Thanks for everyone's comments and input.
