Idealscope question

Where do all of you keep coming up with these great Idealscope images? I did not see that a photo adapter was available. How are you doing it?
I do have a binocular gem microscope with a camera attachment, with bright- and dark-field illumination as well as an adjustable fiber light for side illumination.
Is there a recommended way I can use it with an Idealscope to generate a usable image?

If you have a simple back light like this ($25 on the IS website) you can take a hand held photo with a digital camera.
Best results with a camera with a macro and tripod - remove the pink reflector and do not use the lens in the ideal-scope
