Idealscope image / Diamond help?

Looking at this for a Simple Halo setting in platinum.

The diamond looks great, proportions are good, in fact, the proportions suggest it could be a very bright and brilliant stone, as an estimate it might not be as fiery as some others but it's still a very solid contender. It should look lovely in your proposed setting.

I used to work at a Diamond mine in Canada so I was happy that this diamond was also from that mine. (Canada mark)
I hope the .8 will be a decent size.

You're welcome and that makes it even more special from its origins. The size is nothing to be sneezed at, .8 is a healthy size diamond indeed!
