Welcome. I looked at the IS. I am a novice but it looks very good to me. I love the symmetry on this stone. Hopefully those with more experience will comment.

If you are very interested in it you may want to put it "on hold" before someone else does.

To me, I see some slight (not huge) leakage under the table.

From what I''ve read I guess I can say that this stone has very little leakage and should have good sparkle? Anymore comments would greatly be appreciated on the IS.

Does this diamond have a good Ideal Scope picture or does it have to much leakage? I looked at the Ideal Scope website and am wondering if this picture falls into the catagory of fair, good, or very good. I''m trying to understand.

Very good.
Its right on the edge of having leakage under the table.
I also is tilted a lot in the IS photo making it look worse.
WF also runs there lights a little on the too bright side on the IS setup used in that image.
The aset looks better.
Are there better ones out there? Yep
Is it a dog? Nope
good value for the money? yep

I''m not in love with the IS. I really don''t like to see that much leakage in the middle, even though it still would be better than most diamonds out there. For my money, I''d probably drop down to an I color and get this one:

http://www.whiteflash.com/round_ideal_cut/Round-Ideal-Cut-cut-diamond-78296.htm

Or this one, if they felt that the VT portion of the girdle wasn''t a problem:

1st is a bit on the shallow/shallow side and needs to be checked for contrast issues.
2nd v-thin girdle needs to be checked.

Both diamonds below are part of WF ''Cut Above'' selection. Why is the Ideal Scope picture on the first one a darker red then the second? Is this better?

It could mean there''s slightly less leakage in the first one, or, it could possibly be that the second stone was tilted when the pic was taken. You can tell by looking at the arrow shafts, some are longer than others. Both ASETS look good, so it may be the latter.

At this point, if you were choosing between these two, you would have WF compare them for you.
