The diamond was GIA excellent cut, with very even symmetry (GIA rated very good). The arrows showed up white under the ideal scope, but they did turn very dark when I moved it around a little. What does this mean? The ideal scope example pictures shows that dark arrows are the best, but I''m wondering if I''m seeing dark, with them turning white when I move it the diamond around. ???

Thanks.

If it's not a steep/deep, then you're holding it at the wrong distance, I believe.

You have a direct light reflecting off the lens (that is usually black), into the diamond.

scroll to the bottom - that is what you see?
Use the paper over the light trick on that page :-)

Got it ... I''ll try again.
